And here it is. Another milestone reached. This blog has grown a lot over the past two + years and it’s been an exhilarating process for me. I’ve learned much along the way but, most importantly, I’ve learned how much I still have to learn. It continues to be a thrill to share interesting, hopefully inspiring, recipes and ideas with you–some old school, some innovative–and I’m always delighted by your response. My incentive is to tantalize you with tasty treats that will make you think about the food we eat and inspire you to get cooking. To keep things fresh, my plan is to make some changes here soon…hope you’ll stick around to see what comes.

In the meantime, I’m packing my bags and hitting the road again–this time to sunny California. I’m so excited to explore the very happening food scene on the West coast. We’ll start in LA and work our way up the coast to San Francisco, before we finish our trip in Napa Valley. passioneats will be on hiatus for a couple of weeks, but when I return, I hope to have many tempting food tales to tell and new culinary inspirations to share.
